1.What is the minimum order quantity for your products?

Our standard MOQ for most products is 600 pieces/units. For trial orders, we can accept a small quantity lower than the standard MOQ, but the unit price will be adjusted accordingly. The MOQ varies slightly for customized or special products, and we will confirm the exact MOQ with you once you specify the product model and requirements.

2.Is this price FOB or CIF? What costs are included?

Our default quotation is based on FOB NINGBO, including product cost and local charges in China (excluding international freight, insurance and destination customs clearance). We can provide tiered discounts for large orders, and the specific discount rate depends on the order quantity. The quotation is valid for 25 days, subject to changes in raw material prices and exchange rates.

3.How long will it take to ship after placing an order?

For standard products, the lead time is 20-25 working days after receiving your deposit and confirming all details. For customized products with logo, packaging or special specifications, the lead time is 35 working days.

4.Can the order be produced with expedited processing?

Yes,it can be done as required.We support urgent orders, but an additional expedite fee may be required,and we will check the production schedule to confirm if it is feasible.

5.What payment methods do you accept?

We accept multiple payment methods, including T/T, L/C at sight, Western Union and PayPal for small amounts. Our regular payment term is 30% deposit by T/T in advance, and 70% balance against the copy of Bill of Lading. For long-term cooperative customers, we can discuss more flexible payment terms. L/C is acceptable for orders with a certain amount, and we will review the L/C clauses carefully.
